Book Club

The book club meetings give us an opportunity to discuss books for deeper learning, connection, fun, clarification... It can also help us find time or motivation to be more consistent with reading :)

In Thriveroo Community we have a theme of the month (e.g. befriending yourself, healthy boundaries...). The book club meetings are somewhat aligned with the theme of the month. We also have a "Read & Reflect" focus group (challenge) where you can post your insights as you read each chapter.

The book club meeting is at the end of the month so we can have some deeper conversations about the whole book and how we can implement that new wisdom into our day to day live when you life with complex PTSD

WHEN:

Last Saturday of the month at 10:00 am and repeat at 6:00 pm (Brisbane AEST) - Note: my A.M. time will be Friday for N.America and Europe. The meeting is held twice to accommodate most time zones

As the Thriveroo Community has moved to a new super cool space, all our meetings are held within the new app and no longer on zoom. Therefore, the book club meetings are only available to members. You can get details and how to join the Thriveroo Community here
