I require that all clients show up for mentoring in the spirit of self-discovery and responsibility.

Clients understand that mentoring is not to be used in lieu of professional advice. You will seek professional guidance for legal, medical, financial, business, spiritual or other matters.

You understand that all decisions in these areas are exclusively yours, and you acknowledge that your decision and your actions regarding them are your responsibility. 

I am honoured to be your mentor, and I take my role in your life very seriously. I ask that my clients take their appointment times and work between calls with the same level of commitment that I bring to my work with you. 

If you need to change a call time, I understand and appreciate advance notification so that I can serve all clients. Any missed appointment or appointment without 24-hour cancellation will be forfeit.
Appointment changes and cancellations should be made 48 hours prior appointment by clicking the reschedule link in the booking confirmation email.
Full payment must be made prior call and this payment is non-refundable.
