You have had moments of inner peace, bliss and awe (e.g. while watching a stunning sunset)....
...... but the inner monologue (e.g. comparing this to previous sunsets, daydreaming, ruminating, judging, criticising, analysing, doubting, wondering… about any topic) stopped that blissfulness of that moment
Why does this keep happening?!??
Perhaps doubt arises, if this will every change for you...
After all you have been working on inner growth and have many daily routines and practices (e.g. somatic experiencing to regulating the nervous system, inner child work, physical exercising, eating healthy, mindfulness, meditating...)
... no matter what you do, that sense that something is not "quite right yet" keeps returning…
… it used to feel like that for me too!! so frustrating and disappointing. Please know, it’s just a phase
