In the following 3 videos I share a few exercises and practices with you that can help you feel more in tune with your body and soul. This is important, as feeling more connected and in tune with your body, makes it possible to hear the messages your body has for you, understand and act on them... with loving-kindness
1. Body awareness
When we are not listening to our body or feeling disconnected from it, the risk of burnout is high. In this video I share some examples of early warning signs that our body uses to get our attention. Please take a few minutes and check in with yourself:
- what showed up for you in the last few weeks?
- how did your body try to communicate with you or try to get your attention?
2. Inner + Outer Boundaries
Yes, we need boundaries within as well as with the outer world :)
Noticing and acknowledging :
what feels good and aligned, what lights you up in your life, what are you passionate about?
what brings up feelings of resentment, resistance, frustration, a sense of being "used"?
3. Staying true to Yourself
Here we aim to get clarity on what's important and meaningful to you, and let that guide your decisions.
Considering all areas of your life:
- What is currently on your "plate" or what are you involved in that no longer feels right to you?
- What are a few things that you can take off your "plate" today?
- How will you hold yourself or show up for that conversation?
- How do you stay true to your values?
